It is amazing how a few kind words and fresh advice can have such a powerful impact. A few days ago I posted how I had lost my family and was feeling so alone. A couple of people responded with words of kindness and wise advice, and I can see the sun again! And, to pass along to anyone who is feeling down, it is okay to feel sad, it shows we are human - as one of my friends on Sugar said, "life circles", tomorrow is a new day, your life is always changing - even if you don't feel it or know it. "Begin journaling" - write down your feelings or even doodle how you feel. And, if you come across someone who is down (at the bottom), feeling alone, a few kind words from a stranger can make a huge difference and you can reap the benefits of knowing you made a change.

Glad to hear that you are feeling better. You are right, if you can allow yourself the discomfort of feeling sadness, it is much better than not, cause then that feeling hounds a person, till they allow themselves to feel it. Hard for all of us - You have done well!
